Production capacity

Site: TJS has two production sites

One is around 4,000 square meters of production workshop to meet requirement of processing skids, structures and pipelines pre-fabrication, assembly of skids and E-Houses in Tianjin Lingang Economic Zone; meanwhile, there are more than 10,000 square meters of large modules (skids) assembly area are available to be utilized.            

Another is around 7,200 square meters base for E-Houses main structure manufacturing In Hangu modern industrial park, Binhai New Area of Tianjin, where TJS has several E-Houses main structure production lines at an annual output of 3,600 tons of steel structure processing and manufacturing capacity. 

Workers: TJS has 116 technicians team including riveters, welders, fitters, electricians, painters, riggers, auxiliary workers, etc. Manufacturing, installation and commissioning services are available for the following products:

Prefabricated electrical transformer stations (E-Houses)

Mechanical equipment skids and process modules

Marine living modules and land camping houses
