Quality management system

TJS passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification of ANAB in 2019, and incorporated all major businesses into the scope. According to system requirements, TJS established quality management system including setup of quality policy, quality objectives and overall requirements for implementation, so that the company can be integrated in the organizational structure, management functions and operation activities, and apply effective quality management for the projects undertaken, and provide a unified standard and code of conduct for the company to carry out effective quality activities. Adhesion to PDCA management principle and guidelines of risk management are the basis of the company's management work.

TJS has trained internal auditors to maintain the system dynamically in order to run it effectively, and carried out a series of QMS system training including documents, standards and specifications, audit skills, etc., meanwhile, multi-level audit including the company's internal audit, project audit, subcontractor and supplier audit, etc. have been conducted.
